​​Based in suburban Philadelphia, Alliance Holdings is a private investment firm whose mission is to maximize employee shareholder value. We are focused on developing a diversified portfolio across industries and asset classes, including equity, debt, and structured finance.

All of Alliance's capital is internally generated and evergreen, and we have no outside investors. As a result, we are not driven by fundraising cycles or outside investors' need for liquidity.
