Gil Lee Joins Alliance Holdings as Director of Acquisitions

October 29, 2015 / ​Alliance Holdings is pleased to announce that Gil Lee has joined the Alliance team as the Director of Acquisitions. Gil will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Alliance, Gil was a Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting in the Chicago office and the Director of Acquisitions for Summit Materials, a Blackstone portfolio company. Gil began his career at Deutsche Bank as an investment banking analyst and HIG Capital as a private equity analyst. Gil received his BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
